Here are some of the slides and notes we had from this message about healthly leaders for community transformation.

We are passionate about being grace filled disciples of Christ by being living conduits of
His love, acceptance and forgiveness
to those that are in our sphere of influence.

Growth: We desire to never be stagnant in our walk with Jesus by continuously assessing our corporate and individual lives and taking the best next step.

Integrity: We desire to be people of honor in all we do and say by having strong integrity in areas of finance, relationships, our words, and values.

Health. We desire individuals to be emotionally, spiritually, physically, and relationally healthy by creating an atmosphere that fosters open dialogue and accountability.

Sacrifice: We desire to be people that go all in by equally sacrificing our time, talents, and treasures.

Diversity:  We desire to emulate our communities in the areas of economics, education, family structure, and age.

Going.  We desire to be a movement on a mission to reach our neighbors, our Northwoods region, and our world by constantly positioning our gaze outward

Growth Process

#1 Partnership in your…
Spiritual Life : Having had a meaningful conversion, water baptism and practice regular spiritual disciplines.
Foundational Understanding: Completed membership class, Enjoying Journey with God, Emotionally Healthy Spirituality and Financial Peace University
Missional Commitment: Regularly attend, serve and give towards our weekly gatherings, connect groups, outreach and body life.

#2 Mentorship…

We desire you engage in a meaningful one to one or group relationship where you are progressing towards leading a ministry, volunteer group, or a new believer.

#3 Leadership…

This is all about you actually being responsibly for a ministry group or a specific believers discipleship process. It is our prayer that many would get to this point and consider being a location leader.
